1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days (depending on location)

3. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unwashed, and undamaged items.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used products cannot be returned.

4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
